Vestige Miramar’s story begins in the mid 18th century, when this grand sea-facing residence was built in the historic heart of Palma. Once home to Juan Antoni Artigues, councillor to King Carlos III, the house stood as part of the city’s noble fabric, overlooking the marina and the ever-changing light of the Mediterranean.

Centuries later, the mansion has been carefully restored, preserving its original architectural features, from timber beams and limewashed walls to quiet, irregular details that speak to its past.
